This is a simple chili recipe, so easy.
Ingredients:
1 package of ground turkey
2 cans of stewed tomatos
1 can of red beans
1/2 chopped onion
pinch of garlic
salt/pepper to taste
olive oil
1 chopped green pepper (optional)
Brown turkey (salt/pepper to taste) in saucepan with olive oil and then add rest of the ingredients to a boil. Turn down heat and let boil gently for 15 minutes and then serve. Garnish with cornbread or your fav bread.
These are my recipes that sustain me day-to-day, a mix of Korean and American tastes. It represents the very confused palate I have developed over the years; the daily dilemma between eating rice or bread (or eating spicy or comfort foods).
